DDM 160 – High-performance, single track
lid printing system
The DDM 160 is proven and in production. The basic printing unit and base machine are made of a robust steel construction. The pre-treatment and the UV oven are integrated in the basic machine concept. The horizontal lid restacker rounds off the system. The main characteristics of DDM 160 printing technology are the high production output, the outstanding print quality, the extreme short change-over time as well as the excellent reliability and ergonomics.

No lid – no ink and no lid – no print
Feed table with central height adjustment and integrated cooling plate
Gas pre-treatment with progressive flame control for propane, butane or natural gas
Data storage memory
Automatic lid blow-off device for scrap
Lid counting: counts fed, ejected and stacked (printed) lids
Servo driven lid stacking for exact timing
Graphic color-display allows good dialogue between man and machine, for production parameters, monitoring and diagnostics
The complete line is designed to conform with the European CE safety regulations
