Together with our technical experts, you’ll be able to anticipate any potential complications, while at the same time discovering possible upgrades or areas for improvement to optimize the efficiency and output of your machines.
Reactivity is a key asset in the event of a problem. With Polytype, you benefit from an assistance and troubleshooting service available at all times (see specifics according to country and time zone). To this end, we have set up an online support system enabling you to interact with our technical experts, who will assist you live. If you need a spare part, we can deliver it within the same day. Our support philosophy is simple: keep your machines running smoothly, with minimum downtime.
